Please read our shipping and return information carefully.

Low Order Fee:


A $5.00 Charge is added to orders less than $9.50. Please order at least $9.50. This handling fee helps cover some of the costs associated with picking, packaging and processing small orders (credit card fees, materials, etc.). We highly recommend ordering at least $9.50 so you can avoid this fee. Suggestions to help you meet this amount are electrical tape, small tools, or ordering a few extra parts. Our low order handling fee is lower than the industry average.

Shipping Information:


Processing Time: Generally, orders placed before 3pm PST will ship on the same business day. Orders received after 3PM or on the weekend will usually ship on the next business day.
Special Instructions: If you have specific delivery instructions, please write them in the notes field of your order. We will do our best to make sure they are included with the delivery instructions.
Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are displayed in the shopping cart. Please enter your zip code in the "Zip Code" box or select your country and press the "Update" button for accurate shipping costs. Shipping Rates are calculated in real-time by UPS. Vetco does not add any handling or packaging fees.
Tracking Numbers: If your order shipped by UPS, you will be emailed a tracking number automatically. Please wait until after 8PM on the day you receive the "Order Status: Shipped" email from us. Tracking is NOT available for Priority Mail shipments.

Shipping Methods:


Vetco now offers INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. via USPS Priority Mail International. [See Below for more information].

USPS Priority Mail:
Available for small orders only (Less than 1/2lb)
We offer USPS Priority mail flat rate envelope shipping as a low-cost shipping option on small orders for our customers.
Please Note:
  • USPS Priority mail is NOT insured and you NOT receive a tracking number.
  • Vetco is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments when you pick Priority Mail as a shipping option.
  • If your shipment is lost or damaged, you must submit a new order.
Orders that ship via Priority Mail may be delayed up to 1 business day depending on our USPS mail carrier pickup schedule.
Priority Mail delivery times are between 2 and 5 days for most parts of the country.
Orders weighing more than 1/2 lb. must ship via UPS. [CLICK HERE TO LEARN MORE]


UPS:
UPS is our only shipping method for most orders.
- Your address MUST be shippable by UPS. This means that we cannot ship to a PO Box. -

UPS Ground, Next Day, 2 Day and 3 Day shipping are available. We can also ship on your UPS account - Please tell us in the shipping instructions and we will remove the shipping charges from your order when we processed it.

In-Store Pickup / Will Call:
Local pickups from our retail store in Bellevue, WA are also available; Please choose the "Local Pickup" option when choosing your shipping method. There is no fee for local pickup. Please note: Your will be notified by email when your order is ready to be picked up.

APO / FPO / Military Mail:
We will make every effort to accommodate your shipping needs. Please contact us to arrange shipping for APO/FPO addresses.

International Shipping:
Vetco now ships to over 30 countries using USPS Priority Mail International Flat-Rate. This is an "Air Mail" service that will arrive in 6 to 10 business days for *MOST* countries, however delivery times of up to a month or more are not uncommon.
Delivery times will vary according to the destination and the speed of your country's postal system. We provide a tracking number upon request. Please email us for this information.
Due to airmail restrictions, we are unable to ship most chemicals (liquids and aerosols). We will remove these items from your order if they cannot be shipped through the mail.
Vetco is not responsible for any duties or customs fees imposed when your items arrive. Vetco must declare the contents and item values on the customs form. We are a business and we cannot mark your package as a "gift".
PLEASE NOTE: These shipments are NOT INSURED against loss or damage. If your package fails to arrive or arrives damaged, Vetco will NOT issue a replacement or refund.

Backorders:


Please Note: We make no 'In-Stock' Guarantees when you place your order. If you need to check availability of a specific item, please contact us before your place your order.

Although it is a rare occurrence, Vetco will occasionally have no stock on an item that you order. If this happens, your order will be placed in 'backorder' status, and we will attempt to fill it as soon as possible. Most backorders are filled in 15-30 days.

In the event that an item is out of stock, we will attempt to contact you via email or telephone and inform you of the situation. If we are unable to contact you, or we do not get a response from you, it will be assumed that the order is still valid and it will be held in 'backorder' status until it can be completely filled. We will only charge your credit card once the order has been completely filled and is prepared to ship.

Partial Shipments: Vetco can ship the in-stock portion of your order immediately if you choose. Shipment fees will be assessed separately with each partial order shipment.

Returns:


Return Policy for Online Orders:
All items sold from vetco.net include a 30 day warranty. Returns for non-defective items are accepted within 30 days of shipping for a 15% restocking fee. Items must be returned in the condition they were sold to you in. Sorry, opened, unwrapped or unraveled cables are non-returnable, no exceptions.
To make arrangements to return a product, please call or email for more information. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for any return shipping charges on non-defective items.
