Please make sure your billing address for the credit card is accurate. If this does not match, your order may be delayed while we attempt to contact you for the correct information.

If you prefer to fax or phone in your payment information, please select "Will call with Credit Card info". You may fax or call us with your payment information.

Vetco will not charge your credit card until your order ships.

We accept PayPal payments.

If paying by PayPal, please make sure you complete the order process. Clicking the "Continue" button after you make your payment is extremely important. If you do not click "Continue" at the end of the payment, we may not be able to complete your order.

Please include your order number or a copy of your email invoice with payment. This number can be found in your confirmation email. Your order will ship as soon as we receive your payment.

Purchase Orders:

Vetco accepts Government and Educational purchase orders. Please contact us before sumbitting a purchase order.

Tax Exempt Sales:

Orders placed for delivery in Washington State are subject to sales tax. The tax ammount is calculated and added during the checkout process.

If you are TAX EXEMPT, please not this in the 'Order Comments' field during the checkout process. Vetco may contact you to submit the necessary tax identification documents.

Other Information:

All orders are verified by a member of our staff before being processed. If your order looks unusual to us we may contact you to confirm before shipping. Examples of this are: large orders, large quantities, many high value items, etc. If your shipping address is different from your billing address we may contact you to confirm before shipping your order.
