For items purchased from our website, the following policy applies:
All items sold from vetco.net include a 30 day warranty.
Returns for non-defective items are accepted within 30 days of shipping for a 15% restocking fee. Items must be returned in the condition they were sold to you in. Sorry, opened, unwrapped or unraveled cables are non-returnable, no exceptions.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for any return shipping charges on non-defective items.

Retail Purchases:
For items purchased in our Bellevue, WA Retail Store, the following policy applies:
All Products have a 30 day warranty. We will replace, repair, or exchange your deffective product within the 30 day warranty period.
Money Back:
Products must be in re-sellable condition and presented with the original receipt within 15 days.
Returns without their origional receipt may be returned for in-store credit only.
Cable Return Policy: Open cables cannot be returned.(Vetco is unable to re-certify the cable for resale. Deffective cables will be replaced)
Unopened cables can be returned for in-store credit only.
Non-Returnable Items:

Surplus (Excess) Products
Solderless Terminals
Cut Wire and Cable
